User's RSS feed

You can get the RSS feed for a Pleroma user's public timeline at their https://host.name/users/nickname.rss
(replace host.name with the instance's host name, and nickname with the user's nickname)

Hashtag RSS feed

You can get an RSS feed for a hashtag at https://host.name/tags/thetag - with an RSS reader it should do the right thing.
